Sixth Annual Visual Art Exhibition Application Form

Steps to Complete Application

  1. Fill out the form below and make sure to click the purple submit button at the end.
  2. Email images of your artwork to info@greencastleartscouncil.org. Please label the file(s) with your name and the title of the work.  e.g. “Smith_MyArtwork”
  3. Pay the $15 application fee online using the PayPal donation button below, or mail a check for $15 made out to the Greencastle Arts Council and mailed to P.O. Box 631 Greencastle, IN 46135.

All steps must be completed by May 26 @ 11:59 p.m.
